Catherine Tate. The film was based on a true story, about the Bar Mitzvah, of the director Paul Welland, and its collision of date with the nineteen sixty six world cup final.
Being an Arts and crafts house, Dixcot has been a backdrop for a William Morris fabric range as well as being used for more contemporary fabric collections.
We have been used for numerous magazine shoots including Psychologies, Brides, Woman and Home and many others. The garden being 1.2 acres with mature shrubs and trees is very popular for magazine, book and product shoots and events.
After letting out Dixcot for a number of years and having gained knowledge from the inside out, we decided to set up an agency to let out different sorts of properties as well as our own. We have found long term locations for reality programme makers as well as locations for Journalist events, shoots and online footage. We have worked with charities, educational establishments, magazines, photographers and companies.
